Renting with the Flowers has been a great experience. As students, it can sometimes feel like some landlords expect you to accept lower standards, but that definitely wasn’t the case here.
They were always easy to get hold of and quick to sort out any issues. After a previous bad renting experience, it was a relief to deal with Luke, who was always responsive and resolved everything quickly.
The house was lovely, and we felt well looked after throughout our tenancy. Thank you for making our student renting experience such a positive one!

Jack was incredibly helpful in selling our flat, which had previously been on the market with two different local agents previously, with only one viewing.
Jack had some fantastic photos taken of the flat, and a great drone video was made, which, together with his personal introduction, went a long way, I'm sure, to encourage buyers to visit the flat, of which there were many. He also suggested furnishing the small garden, to show what could be achieved. He was very pro-active in the selling process itself, liaising with both buyer and seller to speed the process along, and is a delightful person.

I started the journey on buying my first property in Bristol with Jack back in June. Despite a fairly drawn out conveyancing process, Jack remained patient and was always there to answer questions almost literally whenever needed, and was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire purchase.

We were very impressed with Jack's approach to selling our Bristol apartment from the start. He had a great approach to marketing the property; it was staged beautifully for the photos, and the video for social media looked like a lot of effort went into it. The viewings and offer process all went smoothly, and we really appreciated Jack's regular updates while were out of the country. Even as we were getting the deal finalised, Jack was able to keep things moving with the energy he put into check ins with all parties.
