Jack started Flower Property with one simple belief: estate agency should feel personal, honest and genuinely supportive, it shouldn’t be a painful process.
Having planted his roots across London and the South West before settling in Bath, Jack brings broad market experience and sharp local instinct to every sale. His approach is calm and clear — no jargon, no pressure, just honest guidance from the first conversation through to completion.
What clients notice most is that Jack doesn’t disappear once the listing is live. He chases, communicates and pushes things forward — because the best results don’t just grow on their own, they’re worked for.
When he’s not doing that, you’ll find him at The Rec cheering on Bath Rugby, or out running and cycling through the Somerset countryside.
Luke Flower
Head of Lettings

Luke brings over a decade of property experience, having worked across London and the wider South East as a Chartered Surveyor. His commercial background means he understands the full picture — compliance, asset management, long-term value — and brings that rigour to every landlord and tenant relationship he manages.
Now based in Bradford on Avon with his wife and two sons, Hugo and Rupert, Luke knows what it means to put down roots somewhere and want things done properly. He leads the lettings division with fresh energy and reliable communication — whether you’re letting a property for the first time or managing an established portfolio, you’ll always know exactly where things stand.

Outside work, you’ll find him on the sports field or in the Dyson stand at The Rec — another Flower brother firmly rooted in the Bath community.
